Hunt & Brooks is in search of a real estate legal assistant.
Duties would include, general real estate document preparation, pre-closing work, prepping loan packages, post-closing work, answering phones and communicating with clients, lenders, realtors, and other firms and general office duties.
Must have great communication skills, ability to follow instructions, able to work independently and as a team player and willing to learn.
Prior real estate experience in a law firm is highly desired, but not required.
Good typing skills and computer knowledge on Microsoft Office is a must.
